Minimum Orders....With the exception of Letterman's Jackets, All About Sportz requires at least a minimum order of 12 for all custom apparel and uniforms. This applies to any custom order that requires decoration.

Cancellations/Changes....Any cancellation or change of an order must occur by the end of the same working day as the order was placed. The end of the All About Sportz workday is 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time).

Exchanges/Returns....All exchanges/returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  To exchange/return an item, you must email All About Sportz at sales@allaboutsportz.com within 10 days to receive a return authorization number. Any exchange/return without receiving a return authorization number will not be credited or returned. There are absolutely no exchange/returns on custom order items, unless they are defective (see Garment Color policy below). Credit for exchanges/returns will not be granted until the product is returned to the manufacturer.

Garment Colors....Due to the differences in screen resolutions and color appearances between various computers, All About Sportz is not responsible for problems resulting in color differences which might result from what appears on the computer to the actual garment color.

Payment Policy....All About Sportz requires FULL PAYMENT on all internet orders before they will be processed. Purchase Orders are not accepted.

Washing Instructions....Each item will be labeled with the proper washing instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the garment or item. All About Sportz is not liable for any damages due to improper laundering of items. Do not bleach embroidered apparel, avoid heat drying of mercerized fabrics.

Customs and Import Duties Information....You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from All About Sportz, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
